RETURN POLICY:
30-Day New Parts & Accessories Product Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return a product in-store.
The item must be new, meaning it's either:
Unopened in its original packaging with seals intact, OR
Never used and in pristine, resalable condition with all original parts and documentation.
You must have the original receipt to complete the return. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. A 20% restocking fee will apply to any returns. Items that have been opened, used, or are missing parts are not eligible for return.
UNITS: Travel Trailers, Mowers & Pre-Owned Vehicles
We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for units(Travel Trailers, Mowers, & Pre-Owned Vehicles. All sales are final.
Please carefully consider your purchase before placing an order. We encourage you to review the product specifications and features to ensure that the unit meets your needs and expectations. If you have any questions about the unit, please do not hesitate to contact us before making your purchase.
In the rare case that your unit is defective, we will work with your manufacture warranty to resolve the issue. Please contact our service department to report any concerns. We may request photos or additional information to assist with the resolution process.
Please note that this no return policy applies to all units purchased directly from ABC MOTORS. We are not responsible for any units purchased from third-party sellers or dealers. If you purchased the unit from a third-party seller, please refer to their return policy.
Warranty:
In the event you have a failure on your unit, ABC MOTORS will work with your manufacture to provide timely service and repair to get you back up and running. Providing a high level of customer service is what ABC MOTORS is dedicated to and if you should find that our level of service was not up to your standard, please let us know by visiting our Contact Us page and sending us a message. Important Note on Refunds & Processing Fees: When you place an order, payment processing servers charge non-refundable transaction fees (including credit card processing and buy-now-pay-later installment fees). If you request a voluntary refund or cancellation for an order, the original item total will be refunded to you, but the non-refundable transaction fee incurred during the initial sale will be deducted from your total refund amount.
