We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability
Delivery Options
- In-Store Pickup: Pick up your order directly from our store at ABC MOTORS, 813 S. Ash Buffalo, Missouri
- Local Delivery: We offer local delivery within a 50 mile radius of our store.
- Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 1-3 business days.
- Rush Delivery: For faster delivery, please contact us directly to inquire about availability and fees.
Delivery Fees
- Up to 5 Mile Local Delivery - $25.00
- 5-10 Mile Local Delivery - $40.00
- 10-15 Mile Local Delivery - $60.00
- 15-20 Mile Local Delivery - $80.00
- 20-25 Mile Local Delivery - $100.00
- 25-30 Mile Local Delivery - $120.00
- 30-35 Mile Local Delivery - $140.00
- 35-40 Mile Local Delivery - $160.00
- 40-45 Mile Local Delivery - $180.00
- 45-50 Mile Local Delivery - $200.00
- In-Store Pickup: No fee is charged for in-store pickup.
Delivery Process
- Order Placement: Place your order online or in-store.
- Order Processing: Your order will be processed and prepared for delivery.
- Delivery Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email or text message with your estimated delivery date and time.
- Delivery: ABC MOTORS will deliver your order to your specified address.
Delivery Issues
If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer service team at 417-345-1000 or sales@abcmotors.com
- Zero-Turn Mowers: we can deliver your brand new zero-turn lawn mower to. If you live in Dallas County or the surrounding counties we can deliver it to you. No need to rent or buy a trailer. We charge $4.00 per mile with a minimum of $25 Delivery Fee.
- Travel Trailers: we can deliver your brand new travel trailer to you. If you live in Dallas County or the surrounding counties we can deliver it to you. Call for quote. This does not include park model RVs.
- Pre-Owned Vehicles: we can deliver your pre-owned vehicle to you. If you live in Dallas County or the surrounding counties we can deliver it to you. Call for quote.
SHIPPING POLICY:
UNITS - RV, MOWER, AUTO: ABC MOTORS offer local delivery within a 50 mile radius and In-Store Pickup. ABC MOTORS does not offer shipping of products to locations beyond a 50 mile radius. Please contact ABC MOTORS for any further questions or special circumstances.
Parts & Accessories: Processing time on orders for parts and accessories are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping time. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and delivery times will be based on shipping carrier ground shipping and your location. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
RETURN POLICY:
We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for units(Travel Trailers, Mowers, & Pre-Owned Vehicles. All sales are final.
Please carefully consider your purchase before placing an order. We encourage you to review the product specifications and features to ensure that the unit meets your needs and expectations. If you have any questions about the unit, please do not hesitate to contact us before making your purchase.
In the rare case that your unit is defective, we will work with your manufacture warranty to resolve the issue. Please contact our service department to report any concerns. We may request photos or additional information to assist with the resolution process.
Please note that this no return policy applies to all units purchased directly from ABC MOTORS. We are not responsible for any units purchased from third-party sellers or dealers. If you purchased the unit from a third-party seller, please refer to their return policy.
7-Day New Parts & Accessories Product Return Policy
You have 7 calendar days from the date of purchase to return a product in-store.
The item must be new, meaning it's either:

Unopened in its original packaging with seals intact, OR
-
Never used and in pristine, resalable condition with all original parts and documentation.
You must have the original receipt to complete the return. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Items that have been opened, used, or are missing parts are not eligible for return.
